Act of Kindness

Friday 14 February
During my holiday, I did an Act of Kindness that I didn’t expect to happen.
So, my brother Peli wanted to go out and have fun with his friends and he had his own money but it wasn’t enough so I decided to give him my money and a few coins. When I gave it to him he was so happy and his face looked like he was grateful to have me. I did this because he wanted to have fun and I also did this because he didn’t have enough money and I wanted to make him happy, I also did this because I like to see people smile and happy. When I gave the money to him I felt proud of myself for doing something like that and I also felt proud because I didn’t know that this would happen, I also felt like I was great because doing something good for someone or something is a happy feeling.

Lady of Fatima Statue

We are writing a recount about our experience with the Lady of Fatima statue and Liturgy

On Wednesday I went to the Church to go see the lady of Fatima statue. The amazing thing that I didn’t know about the statue that Mary was standing on the cloud I thought it was just

a decoration. The one thing that I didn’t notice was the rosary that she had it like a king in the middle.
The thing that I have learned from sister Claire was that the necklace that Mary had on was the world because she is the
QUEEN of everything and even the whole world,
there was a lot of things that we learned from sister Claire.
Another thing that I learned is that when we sin it tears Mary apart and the worst thing that can tear her apart,
the most is that some people don’t even believe in Mary,
another thing that I learned is that when we sin, it also tears
God apart and the worst thing that can tear him apart, the most is that some people don’t even believe in God.
When I first heard that I was devastated because I thought that everyone believed in God and Mary, I also learned another thing and that sister
Claire told us that in care there is each meaning of each letter.
C - stands for Confession, A - stands for Adoration, R - stands for Rosary and E - stands for Eucharist.
Sister Claire also taught us why is Mary and Jesus hold their hearts on the picture, they are holding their hearts because
Jesus and Mary wants our hearts.
The first thing that we all learned was that the Lady of Fatima statue was blessed by Pope Francis.
The crown was so beautiful because it had like 'little diamonds and different colours and the crown was so shiny that you could see yourself.

I can describe my own personal experience.
I can use adjectives and adverbs to describe my experience
I can reread my writing to check for errors and make change.
