Winter Learning Journey

I picked blue because the world that we are living in is surrounded by lovely fresh water. For the lovely green tree I picked that because we have trees all around us and we can't live without trees. For the yellow I picked that because we have a yellow shining sun.

  6. Kia ora Dianne,

Welcome to the Winter Learning Journey programme! We are thrilled that you have chosen to blog with us this year!

I hope that you've enjoyed the programme so far. I have really enjoyed reading through your blog posts and, particularly, admiring the flag that you have made. I think that you have captured two of the most important natural elements in our country - the sun and the trees. We could not live without either one and they are both in abundance here in New Zealand. It's a great idea to include them in the flag!

Nice work, Dianne. Keep it up!

    Cheers, Rachel
