I have read 1 to 19 and this is what happened.
George and Harold was introducing themselves and they were telling what was the last adventure. The last adventure was when they hated Mr. Krupp (Principal) and they wanted to hypnotised him so then they hypnotised him with this rock and it had this swirly thingy on it. Since they hypnotised Mr. Krupp, it's been hard for them because when someone snaps their finger Mr. Krupp turns into Captain Underpants and when someone pours water on Mr Krupp he is back to Mr. Krupp
