I have read 1 to 72 and this is what happened.
Tippy was still trying to find George and Harold, well he found them. Then Tippy picked them up with his Robo Suit Huge Hands, Tippy told George and Harold to tell Tippy all about Captain Underpants. While that was all happening Captain Underpants said that he can't fight Tippy without a cape, so he went to this shop and the owner said that this shop has everything except Fabric softener. He asked the owner if he sells super capes and the owner said yes and he told what isle it was and what it was between.
