I am finished this book and this is what happened.
After a few days after George and Harold's pranks he wrote a letter for Kipper and the three thugs. The letter ended with "By Wedgie Magee" and when Kipper and the thugs read the letter that was stuck on the hallway of the school. The letter said "If you still bully then you will be a haunted by Wedgie Magee and you have to be kind to the small people in kinder garden. But if you stop being a bully then Wedgie Magee isn't going to haunt you four thugs. After one week Kipper and his four thugs bought bubble gum and balloons for the small kinder garden people.
