Table Torture (Maths)

 Thursday 20 August

This is my results from last week Thursday and as you can see, I did not do good because I got 13 answers wrong.

This is my results from today and I did very good because I only got 1 wrong. I also decided to step down to 6 by 6 because I felt like I didn't know but it turned out I knew it.

  1. Hi Dianne! My name is Mia from Yaldhurst Model School. Spectacular work! I liked the way you added in pictures of your work, you showed what you have done and had proof.

What is table torture? Is it all about times tables? I like times tables, I learnt most of my times tables in Japan because we have very quick and easy phrases to say the time tables. Although, we only go up to our 9 times tables, not 12 like in NZ.

To improve, maybe you could add in what table torture is and how you do it. Maybe where you can find it too.

    Amazing effort!
    Mia

  2. Hello Dianne,
    I am Albin from YMS...

I really like your blog. Wow you sure have made a lot of difference from last week to this week. And the second time you did it, you finished it in just 1 minute. But last week you finished it in 3 mins but still got 13 wrong.

I love maths. It is my favourite subject. I know a lot of theory and stuff about maths but the problem with is that I make careless mistakes. If I am more concentrated I could get everything right. WHat about you? Do you like maths?

For improvement you could maybe center all the images and the text. Also maybe you could add a small intro and a small ending. That would top things off.

    Kind regards,
    Albin...
